Panda Antivirus + Firewall 2008
Follow these simple steps to make sure SPEEDbit Video Accelerator works
with Panda Antivirus + Firewall 2008:
Step 1:
Right click on Panda Antivirus + Firewall tray icon in the taskbar.Select the "Open Panda Antivirus + Firewall..." option from the menu.
Step 2:
In the "Panda Antivirus + Firewall" window select the "Home" option from the left menu.Click the "Protection settings" link in "Protection status" settings.
Step 3:
In the "Automatic protection settings" window, click the "Firewall protection" option.
Step 4:
In the "Firewall protection settings" window, click the "Connection permission settings" link.
Step 5:
In the "Advanced settings" window, make sure that SPEEDbit Video Accelerator files are in the list. If SPEEDbit Video Accelerator isn’t, click the "Add" button.Step 6:
In the "Add program" window, click the three dots (…) button and select VideoAccelerator.exe, VideoAcceleratorEngine.exe and VideoAcceleratorService.exe from the installation folder.By default, the installation folder is: "C:\Program Files\SPEEDbit Video Accelerator".
After selecting the file, change the "Action:" selection to "Outbound (client)" and click "OK".
Step 7:
After adding all of the SPEEDbit Video Accelerator files close all the windows. Then run the communication test, by selecting the "Run communication test" option from the right click menu on the SPEEDbit Video Accelerator tray icon in the taskbar.
