SpeedBit Video Accelerator Firewall Guide:

This issue has been resolved in versions 2.3 and higher.
Make sure you are using the latest version of SpeedBit Video Accelerator!

AVG Internet Security v7.5

Follow these simple steps to make sure SpeedBit Video Accelerator works with AVG Internet Security v7.5:

Right click on AVG tray icon in the taskbar and select the 'Launch Control Center' option

Right click on AVG tray icon in the taskbar.
Select the "Launch Control Center" option from the menu.

Step 2:

In the "Control Center" window select the "Firewall" option from the menu.

After selecting the "Firewall" option, click the "Configure" button below the menu.

In the "AVG Firewall Configuration" window, select the "Applications" tab.
Click the "Edit Application" button.

Step 4:

In the "Application Properties" window, make sure that VideoAcceleratorEngine and VideoAccelerator are taken from the installation folder.
(By default, the installation folder is: "C:\Program Files\SpeedBit Video Accelerator").
Click the "Action:" bar and select the "Allow" option.

Step 5:

After adding all of the SpeedBit Video Accelerator files close all the windows. Then run the communication test, by selecting the "Run communication test" option from the right click menu on the SpeedBit Video Accelerator tray icon in the taskbar.
